      From the 'Messages' section

You can send messages, links, surveys and multimedia files to students and teachers who are linked to your learning centre. You can communicate individually, create groups with several people or send a message to everyone in a class.

To do this, check that you are correctly associated with your centre in your profile.

Go to the  MESSAGES section and click on the  New conversation button.

You can search by class group, individual student or teacher, or create a group by adding recipients one by one. To select, click on the name until a green check mark is shown.

If you have mistakenly added someone, you can click on the X to remove them. Finally, click on NEW CONVERSATION

If the teacher has created a class and has sent homework, a group will be automatically created under MESSAGES with the notifications, and the teacher will not have to create it again.

The chat has two tabs: SIMPLE and SURVEY.

      1. You can send text messages , links, attach an activity or a file using the SIMPLE option. Then just click on SEND

      • Send a link. Click on the button and then enter the URL.

      • Attach an activity. This can be used if you have a Premium user or a book with an Edit option in which you have created your own activities or a teacher from your learning centre has shared them with you.

      • Attach a multimedia content. You can select a file from your Google Drive/One Drive folder, from the Blinko bank or from your uploaded files. You also have the option to upload a new file or even record a video.

      2. With the SURVEY option, you can create a short survey and get the results from your students. Add more answers by clicking on the  button
You can also attach a document, activity or web link to support the survey. To submit click on SEND

Once the survey is submitted and the deadline has passed, your students' results will be displayed.

      3. If you have a Premium user, you will also have access to the Event tab to send to your students.

From the Forum tab of a class

There is a tab called FORUM in each class, where both students and teachers can leave messages that will be seen by everyone in the class. It works in the same way as the SIMPLE tab for messages. You can attach links and files or leave comments.
